JW Marriott Hotel Chongqing

From Check in to check out all services rendered and all staff were very nice and competent. Giving their best. Facilities were impeccably clean and convenient The staf in the Lounge was extraordinary. Miss Lulu, Miss Nicole and Miss Tracy should be rewarded for their outstanding customer services. Some of hte staff should receive more English training to even improve their performance.

Location, facilities, hospitality and comfort and spaciousness of the room. I would especially like to thank Jason and Sophie at the front desk who are very professional and courteous in taking care of guest’s needs.

The staff were absolutely incredible, in particular helping us with special dietary requirements and with finding and couriering to me an object I had left behind.

The staffs especially Jim the concierge is very attentive, helpful 🙏🙏🙏

Breakfast was great. Room was quiet, bed was super comfortable. Service was really good. Special thanks to the hotel for arranging a cake for my girlfriend's birthday, I really appreciate it!!
